OUTFITTING RELEASE OF LIABILITY

1.) ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand and acknowledge that hunting involves inherent risks, including but not limited to terrain hazards, firearm accidents, animal attacks, falls, weather exposure, and injury or death. I voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for these risks.


2.) WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In consideration for being allowed to participate in activities through FeatherNett Outdoors, LLC, I hereby fully release and hold harmless: – FeatherNett Outdoors, LLC and its owners, members, staff, affiliates, partners, contractors, and representatives, and – All associated landowners of leased or accessed properties from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, damages, or causes of action, including but not limited to FeatherNett Outdoors, LLC RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT those arising from the negligence of any released parties.


3.) COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS I agree to strictly comply with all Ohio Division of Wildlife hunting laws and regulations. Any violation or legal issue is my sole responsibility. FeatherNett Outdoors, LLC is not responsible for fines, charges, or legal matters that may result from my actions.


4.) PROPERTY & EQUIPMENT DAMAGE I understand I will be held financially responsible for any damages I cause to FeatherNett property, gear, hunting equipment, trail cameras, blinds, treestands, or leased land infrastructure.


5.) ACCESS EXPIRATION This agreement grants me access to hunt only between the above dates. After the expiration date: – I will no longer access FeatherNett Outdoors’ leased lands. – My access to any OnX shared login or maps will be revoked. – Any access beyond these dates is considered trespassing.


6.) MEDICAL RELEASE I affirm I am in good physical condition and capable of participating in hunting activities. I am solely responsible for any medical or emergency treatment required.

7.) INDEMNIFICATION I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FeatherNett Outdoors, LLC and all landowners, staff, and affiliates from any lawsuits, claims, demands, or expenses arising from my participation. FeatherNett Outdoors, LLC RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT


8.) ENTIRE AGREEMENT & GOVERNING LAW This document constitutes the entire agreement between parties and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.


9.) ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & E-SIGNATURE I have read this document in its entirety. I understand the risks involved. I am voluntarily signing this Release of Liability electronically, and it shall be considered the equivalent of an original signature.
