Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before subscribing to or using the FeatherNett Outdoors Field Staff Program (referred to as “the Program”) offered by FeatherNett Outdoors (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
By subscribing to and using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Program.
Program Description
The Field Staff Program offered by FeatherNett Outdoors provides participating individuals (Field Staff) with exclusive benefits and resources to enhance their experience within the outdoor industry. The Program includes access to an online platform with industry news, updates, educational resources, promotional campaigns, product testing opportunities, discounts on FeatherNett Outdoors products and services, a supportive community, monthly newsletters, and more.
Subscription Fees
To participate in the Program, Field Staff are required to pay a subscription fee. We offer two subscription options:
a. Monthly Subscription: $25 per month, payable on a recurring monthly basis.
b. Annual Subscription: $250 per year, payable in advance for a one-year term.
Payment for the chosen subscription option is made through a secure online payment system on our website.
Subscription Term and Renewal
The subscription term begins upon receipt of payment and continues for the duration of the chosen subscription option (monthly or annual). Monthly subscriptions automatically renew every month until canceled by the Field Staff. Annual subscriptions automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless canceled by the Field Staff.
Cancellation and Refunds
Field Staff may cancel their subscription to the Program at any time by providing written notice to FeatherNett Outdoors at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests received after the designated deadline will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle. No refunds or pro-rata refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term.
Termination by FeatherNett Outdoors
FeatherNett Outdoors reserves the right to terminate a Field Staff’s participation in the Program without prior notice in the event of any violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations. Such termination may result in the immediate cancellation of the Field Staff’s subscription and the forfeiture of any fees paid.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the Program, including trademarks, logos, content, and materials, are the sole property of FeatherNett Outdoors or its licensors. Field Staff shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any materials provided through the Program without the express written consent of FeatherNett Outdoors.
Limitation of Liability
Field Staff understand and agree that FeatherNett Outdoors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Program, including any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your State and the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Lexington Ohio!
By subscribing to and using the FeatherNett Outdoors Field Staff Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
